The Ahmedabad Branch is the Largest branch of Western India Regional Council of ICAI and the Second Largest branch of ICAI in India. A small plant established since 01.04.1962 has grown into a huge tree now the Branch has more than 14,000 Chartered Accountants and 35,000 students pursing Chartered Accountancy course. Member of Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI, CA. Sunil H. Talati was elected as President of the ICAI for the year 2007-08.
